Creativity: The Creative Process

Dr. Anderson shares that, " With the use of the arts, one must surrender to benefit from the creative process-  trusting in the process and evoking deep healing.  Having a  therapuetic safe holding environment, one can express their world, share their feelings, thoughts, creativity, and then reestablish connection with their true self.  Using the arts is extremely powerful and a known universal language. Now let's begin."

Establish a sacred creative space where you won't be interrupted.  Gather your art  materials/media, set an intention for your practice, and trust the process.  Enjoy!
